CANCELLATION

We may cancel this Agreement with immediate effect if we believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions in any material way (including but not limited to failure to pay for a Bet).

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

If we terminate our Service, your Account will be closed, and all outstanding debts owed to us will become immediately due.
